Singular and plural nouns worksheet for grade 2

A singular noun means one person, place, animal, or thing. For example: girl, dog, book etc. A plural noun means more than one person, place, animal, or thing. For example: girls, dogs, books etc. In most of the cases to convert the singular word into the plural, we add –s (like car → cars). But many words need –es (like bus → buses). There are also many words which have a different spelling when converted to a plural form from its singular form (like child → children, man → men). With the help of these singular and plural nouns worksheet for grade 2 children will be more familiar with the singular forms and their plural forms.
